What's eligible for return?
- Everything, except for a few:
- Products that have been customized
- All adult-size and teen-size products (Mother, Father, Women, Men, and Teen sizes) are non-returnable
- Any product ordered with an add-on such as sleeves, dupatta, personalization, or any other customization becomes entirely non-returnable, including the base garment
- Hair accessories, underwear, vests, rakhis, pillows, bedding, blankets, bunting, play mats, towels, photo props, diapers, bows & ties, bangles, and doll dresses
- For anything you do want to return, just make sure it's in its original packing with labels and tags, unused, and still in good shape.
How do I send back what I don't want?
To start a return, simply email us at support@littlemuffet.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund to your original payment method.

Option 1 (Recommended):
We suggest sending the returnable product through friends or family traveling to India.
Option 2:
Return the product through a logistics company. Please keep the following in mind:
- Return shipping charges and customs duties must be borne by the customer.
- Please request an invoice from us for the specific products you wish to return. This ensures duties are applied only to the return items.
- We recommend shipping the package as DTP (Duties and Taxes Paid) to help ensure smooth clearance at customs.
When can I expect my money back?
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.
Please note that original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Customs Duty Note: If customs duties or taxes were paid by us on your behalf at destination, the actual amount paid will be deducted from your refund.
What if I receive a faulty or defective product?
We thoroughly inspect every order before it ships, but if something slips through, email us at support@littlemuffet.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Our team will promptly work with you to find the most suitable resolution.
What if my customized order isn't quite right?
We give each product a thorough quality check before it ships, and our team gives every customization a double look. But if you receive something that doesn't match your specifications, email us at support@littlemuffet.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product with a tape measure. Our team will determine the most suitable resolution after reviewing the photos.
Good to know: Due to variations in measuring methods, a difference of up to 1 inch may occur
Keen on swapping sizes?
While we don't do direct exchanges, you can always return the eligible goodies within the return period and snag the right size by placing a fresh order. Easy peasy!
Change of plans? Here's how to cancel:
All orders except Ready-to-Ship orders: You have 24 hours from the order date to request a cancellation
Ready-to-ship orders: Cancellation must be requested before a tracking number is assigned. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, email us at support@littlemuffet.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

- Gift cards: Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash. If your order was paid using a gift card, any refund will be credited back as a gift card balance.
- Used products: We cannot guarantee the durability of products after they have been used, as wear and tear varies with individual usage.
- Product colors: Our product images are professionally shot, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
- Missing items: If a product is missing from your shipment, email us at support@littlemuffet.com within 24 hours of delivery. If the missing item is confirmed, we will ship it to you at no charge or issue a refund for that item.
